Eatable Chili Oil
Good Afternoon, Everyone.
Getting ready for the Golden Week in Japan?

My friend gave me this eatable chili oil called " Taberu Rayu(食べるラー油)"
Usually we use this kind of chili oil for Pot Sticker (gyoza) mixing up with soy sauce, or just to add to some food for a flavor.

However, this new chili oil is not only for as a sauce.
There are so many ingredients such as dried shrimps, dried garlic, scallion, chili peppers and so on.  It's not too spicy, but has a great flavor and well-mixed but still crunchy.  This crunchiness is so good with the simple flavor food such as TOFU!

If you get a chance, try to taste this Eatable chili oil.  It is getting very popular in Japan so probably easy to find at any Japanese grocery stores!

Umm....yummy~
